Located at 1471 Florida Ave NW, next door to Newton House, Seneca House is a 10-unit boutique building in the 14th St corridor. The neighboring Meridian Hill, once boasted the Henderson Mansion, former owners of the land. The residence built out of Seneca stone, is one of the District’s most interesting architectural undertakings. Seneca House offers the appeal of a great location, gorgeous layouts, freshly modern interiors, and bold exteriors; which includes a beautiful mural by local artist, Hamilton Glass. See video below for a discussion with the artist.
