2525 Penn is a 15-unit new construction building with ground-floor retail. The original building is a group of three landmarked rowhomes built by Alfred Mullet. The building’s design accentuates it’s historical features including the beautifully arched windows, projected bays, and central turret. The interiors combine a modern touch with warm traditional elements. Natural woods combined with sleek lines and moody tones give the homes a warm, luxurious feel mixed with sleek lines and minimalist details. The exterior building is covered in a bright and playful mural painted by prominent Richmond-based artist, Hamilton Glass.
